This part-time role (20 hours) as Director of Youth Ministries as a graduate resident offers on the job skill building in the welcoming city of Richmond, VA. Using a hybrid classroom model, you’ll choose one of two pathways towards a two year certification program or a three year Master’s degree from Austin Theological Seminary.
