Lakeway is a large, vibrant, rapidly growing non-denominational church committed to prioritizing ministry to children and youth. We’re seeking a student ministry director with a minimum of four years of demonstrated success in leading ministry in a large church or para-church context. Strong candidates will have a vibrant and abiding relationship with Jesus, have a Bachelor’s degree in a ministry or related educational field, have demonstrated success in building volunteer teams, and possess energy and passion for exploring creative methods to reach students and families with the gospel of Jesus.
