Our five-phase process will lead you to develop a healthy, thriving ministry.
One of our consultants will guide you and your team through our multi-month Theological Innovation Process. We’ll help you assess the health of your faith community’s culture. Then your team will explore the needs and assets in your community and discern ministry opportunities.
Next, you’ll prototype ideas in your context and build a strategy to make the new ministry sustainable. Our staff will support you every step of the way and customize the experience to your unique needs.
Your team will meet monthly throughout the Lab, with an occasional activity in between meetings. Team Coordinators meet one-on-one with one of our consultants for coaching.
Every Ministry Transformation Lab is customized following an in-depth conversation with you about your faith community’s needs and assets. We’ll create a multi-tiered, customized proposal specifically designed for your community. Costs vary based on the proposal.
The Ministry Transformation Lab emphasizes process over product. Our consultants won’t tell you what to do or just write a lengthy report. Instead, we’ll teach you a framework your faith community can learn and replicate again and again in your ministry. This is also a team-oriented, guided, theologically-rooted experience, meaning you as a senior leader aren’t walking this path alone.
