Cultivate: A Thoughtful Youth Ministry Conversation

January 22-24, 2020

We are excited for your interest in being apart of Cultivate’s exhibition space in order to spread the word about your organization. Our exhibitor space is central to the main meeting and meal space, providing you with optimal face-to-face time with attendees. We anticipate 120-160 youth workers to be attending Cultivate.

The Exhibitor Hall will be open and set up ONLY on Thursday, January 23.  We are scheduling ONE day for Exhibitors so you get focused time with participants and an effective day of conversations (and you don’t have to be gone from your regular responsibilities for multiple days!).  Snacks and coffee breaks on Thursday will ONLY be available in the Exhibitor Hall to entice people to come visit your table.  Additionally, participants have the option for a free, onsite lunch on Thursday to encourage them to use that extended time on campus to connect with you all!  We also provide participants with a BINGO Exhibitor board.  When they come talk to you, you can stamp or sign their board.  If they complete their board, they are entered into a drawing on the last day to win a prize!  We ask that you consider contributing an item of your swag or a discount to your program or camp as a reward to the winners!   This is another great way to promote your organization.

 

Our exhibitor space is just down the hall from our main meeting room.  We anticipate 120-160 Youth Workers in attendance at Cultivate 2020.  Levels 2 and 3 cover 1 person at your table and their coffee, snack, and meal while at Cultivate.  Levels 4 and 5 include 2 people.  Each additional person at your table is $20.  Your base exhibitor registration is non-refundable.  We will provide you one 8 foot table and work to meet your A/V needs as well.

 

You can set up between 7-8 a.m. on Thursday, January 23 or during the first session from 8:45-10:45 a.m. (if that works better with your schedule).  You can clean up during 6-7 p.m. on Thursday, January 23.  The Exhibitor Hall will only be available and open on Thursday, January 23.  If you’d like to ATTEND Wednesday and Friday of Cultivate as a participant, you are welcome to add that to your Exhibitor registration for $50.

Cultivate Exhibitor Level Options

*Your base exhibitor registration is non-refundable

 

Level 1 ($100) – ($100; unlimited spots) – Unattended Exhibitor (for those who cannot attend):  1 Marketing piece from your organization is provided to participants upon check-in & a promotional slide on our announcement loop on the screen.

 

Level 2  ($250) – An Exhibitor Table, promotional slide on our announcement loop on the screen, & verbal mention in our main session announcements.

 

Level 3 ($350)An Exhibitor Table, promotional slide on our announcement loop on the screen, verbal mention in our main session announcements, PLUS a social media tag and shout out via our CYMT social media networks pre-Cultivate PLUS promotional materials provided to participants at check-in or on the seats in the main session.

 

Level 4 (FULL) ($550) – An Exhibitor Table, promotional slide on our announcement loop on the screen, verbal mention in our main session announcements, a social media tag and shout out via our CYMT social media networks pre-Cultivate, promotional materials provided to participants at check-in or on the seats in the main session, PLUS 6 minutes to Present and/or show a video Conversation Session 3 on Thursday afternoon.

 

Level 5 (FULL) ($750) An Exhibitor Table, promotional slide on our announcement loop on the screen, verbal mention in our main session announcements, PLUS a social media tag and shout out via our CYMT social media networks pre AND post-Cultivate, promotional materials provided to participants at check-in or on the seats in the main session PLUS 6 minutes to Present and/or show a video during Conversation Session 2 on Thursday morning PLUS a dedicated email promoting your organization that CYMT sends out post-Cultivate to our database of Youth Ministers and other ministerial and pastoral leaders.
