Practicum Pathway - YMtraining.org

The CYMT Practicum Pathway is a series of 26 skill-building segments (called "mile markers" or milestones") that Graduate Residents complete with the help of their coach during the first year of the CYMT program. Centered on essential practical skills for youthministry, the Practicum Pathway interfaces with and builds upon the theolgical training that graduate residents recieve in the classroom.
